Modern communications networks are the backbone to the Internet and other key information systems, and include broad capabilities across wireline, wireless, satellite, cable and broadcasting infrastructure. Communications is one of 16 critical infrastructure sector coordinating councils, and we work in partnership to ensure that communications systems and networks are secure, resilient and rapidly restored in the event of an incident.
